King Forge Works provides administrative and operational services to skilled-trade businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. King Forge Works does not perform licensed trade work.
2. Information We Collect
When you request a Revenue Leak Audit, we collect the details you provide: name, business name, contact information, trade, employee count, lead volume, average job value, current software, and the operational problem you describe. For active clients, we also collect operational data needed to run your desk.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to review your operation, contact you about next steps, deliver services you engage us for, and improve our service. We do not send automated marketing text messages. We only follow up according to the consent you provide.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (such as email delivery) under appropriate agreements, or when required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain audit-request information for as long as needed to provide follow-up and service. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
