1. Service Description
King Forge Works provides administrative and operational support services to skilled-trade businesses, including lead response, estimate follow-up, scheduling coordination, customer communication, and reporting. King Forge Works does not perform licensed trade work and is not a replacement for licensed contractors.
2. Audit Requests
Submitting a Revenue Leak Audit request does not create a service agreement or guarantee acceptance into any pilot. King Forge Works reviews each request and contacts you about next steps.
3. Service Targets
Any response times, follow-up rates, or launch timelines we communicate are service targets, not guaranteed results. Outcomes depend on your operation, cooperation, and the information provided.
4. Fees
Plan fees and one-time implementation fees are agreed before service begins. Pricing shown on this site is subject to a formal proposal after your audit.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, approved scripts and permissions, and timely responses when owner input is required. King Forge Works is not responsible for outcomes caused by inaccurate or withheld information.
6. Limitation of Liability
King Forge Works’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the service period in which a claim arises. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
